Our highlights are made from intact natural hair, offering great freedom of transformation: dyeing, bleaching, personalized shades, etc.
However, any chemical action profoundly alters the fiber. This is why we recommend careful application, accompanied by rigorous post-treatment care.

In order to preserve the suppleness, shine and longevity of the hair, we recommend: the use of suitable hair products, regular nourishing masks and protective oils, in order to maintain the original shine of the hair.

Each hair harvest from the Dae Raw Hair brand is subject to rigorous preparation, carried out with the greatest respect for our artisanal standards.
As many of our pieces are custom-made or offered as exclusive pre-orders, processing times may vary depending on the nature of the item selected.

For pre-ordered products, please allow an estimated processing time of 15 to 18 business days from the closing of the pre-order, before your order is shipped.

For items in limited stock, from our collections will be available immediately, the preparation time is generally 4 to 6 working days following validation of your order.

In addition to these delivery times, there is transit time, which depends on the delivery location and the selected carrier. Our shipments are made through trusted partners (La Poste, Colissimo, DHL, etc.) and are systematically subject to secure tracking.
