As our products are custom-made and offered exclusively for pre-order, processing times may vary depending on the nature of the item chosen.

The brand organizes two pre-order sessions per month , each open for approximately 15 days . During this period, each customer can select their products and finalize their payment.

Upon pre-order completion, orders are processed and shipped directly from Southeast Asia. An estimated processing time of 15 to 18 business days is expected before your order is shipped.
